1. About Truth Fairies Inc

Truth Fairies Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a coaching, psychic guidance and energy strategy practice founded and operated by Hadjar Benmiloud, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We offer intuitive, strategic and transformational services to clients worldwide, primarily serving entrepreneurial women.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website truthfairiesinc.com (“Website”)
and all services, programs, products and offerings provided by Truth Fairies Inc (“Services”).

By accessing the Website, booking a session, enrolling in a program or purchasing any offering, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

Client / You
Any individual or entity accessing the Website, booking or purchasing Services.

Services
All current and future offerings provided by Truth Fairies Inc, whether delivered online or in person, free or paid, including but not limited to:

Psychic readings and intuitive guidance
1:1 coaching and strategy sessions
Coaching intensives (including, but not limited to, ON FIRE)
Mentorships and longer-term containers (including Alchemy Mentorship)
Online programs, courses, digital trainings and self-paced offerings
Group programs, masterminds and community experiences
Retreats, ceremonies and live events (online or offline)
Energetic Vinyasa Yoga, somatic and nervous system practices
Any future programs, offerings, products or services made available via the Website, email, social media or third-party platforms

All such offerings are collectively referred to as the “Services”.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website or engaging in any Services, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age
Have read and understood these Terms
Agree to be legally bound by them

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website or purchase any Services.

4. Booking, Payments & Access

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers; you agree to their terms and conditions.
Access to online programs, digital offerings or self-paced content is granted after successful payment.

Truth Fairies Inc reserves the right to update prices, offerings or delivery formats at any time. Changes will not affect Services already purchased.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

1:1 Sessions & Private Services

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are considered delivered and are non-refundable.
Any special discounts and payment plans no longer apply if a client fails to meet the agreed terms.

Online Programs & Digital Products

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds are offered for partially completed programs or unused access.

Group Programs, Retreats & Events

These may have separate cancellation and refund policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

6. Client Responsibility & Conduct

By engaging in the Services, you agree to:

Take full responsibility for your participation, decisions and actions
Act respectfully toward the Coach, facilitators and other participants
Communicate honestly and provide accurate information

Truth Fairies Inc reserves the right to refuse or terminate Services without refund if a Client engages in abusive, manipulative, discriminatory, unsafe or disrespectful behavior.

7. Nature of the Services (Important Disclaimer)

The Services offered by Truth Fairies Inc are transformational, spiritual, intuitive and personal development-oriented in nature.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice and do not replace professional care.

You understand and agree that:

Results are not guaranteed
Outcomes vary per individual
You remain fully responsible for your mental, emotional, physical and financial wellbeing

Participation in coaching, energetic and intuitive work may involve self-reflection, emotional awareness and confronting limiting beliefs or patterns.
You engage voluntarily and at your own discretion.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information is handled with care and confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided via the Website and Services (including but not limited to text, audio, video, frameworks, teachings, exercises, branding and visual materials)
is the exclusive intellectual property of Truth Fairies Inc.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify or exploit any content without prior written permission.
Shared materials within coaching programs are only for the personal use of the client and may not be shared with or demonstrated to others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Truth Fairies Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.
Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

Truth Fairies Inc may update these Terms from time to time.
The most current version will always be available on the Website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
